Como una reunión familiar puede calificarse el encuentro de una representación de la  Comunidad Cubana residente en Guangdong  con los funcionarios del Consulado General en esa provincia.
Durante el encuentro  los funcionarios y sus compatriotas intercambiaron sobre los recientes cambios que se han producido en las leyes migratorias cubanas y el proceso  de actualización del socialismo que se lleva a cabo en nuestro país.
Como toda reunión de cubanos, el encuentro terminó con la apreciada comida criolla donde no faltó el conocido “arroz con gris” ni su incondicional pareja, el lechón asado.
La pequeña comunidad cubana  del sur de China, se encuentra asentada en la provincia de Guangdong y también en  las Regiones Administrativas Especiales de Hong Kong y Macao.

CUBAN GET TOGETHER IN GUANGDONG
May 25. A family get-together shall describe best the meeting between the representatives of Cuban community residing in Guangdong and the Consular officials of the same province.
During the meeting, the officers and their fellow citizens exchanged ideas on the recent changes of Cuban immigration law and the process of actualization of socialism that is taking place in our country.
Like all Cuban meetings, this get-together ended with the popular Creole food which cannot be missed--the famous "gray rice" and its unconditional partner, roast pork.
The small Cuban community in southern China is settled in the province of Guangdong and in the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
